Milan

The Milan company, founded in 1918 in Barcelona, was not left behind by the

advances with respect to the eraser and launched the eraser that same year

"bread crumb" made from synthetic rubber and with a very tempting smell but

They had to remove "that smell" to prevent the children from eating them.

"Artist's gum" was first used in 1903 and patented in the USA.

Very soft and crumbles with use, suitable for cleaning large

surfaces without damaging the paper. The removed graphite remains in the crumbs.

leaving the eraser clean but with a lot of dirty graphite residue on the paper

or work table.

Currently, most erasers are made of vinyl.
