Shinwa Rules Co., Ltd. was established in 1971 in Japan, through the integration of three measuring instrument manufacturers: Watanabe Doki Seisakusho, Hanyu Keiki and Watasei Doki Seisakusho.
Their efforts to develop attractive products, improve production quality, and boost sales enabled them to become one of the leading manufacturers of metal rulers in Japan.
