"Blackwing 93" is a tribute to the artist and educator Corita Kent who, with
His Foundation promotes leading a daily life
calm and find gratitude in the
everyday things.
Commissioned in 1971, Corita's rainbow,
adorns a storage tank of
natural gas in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
Each pencil represents one of the six brushstrokes that make up that rainbow.
5% of the profits will support the work
continuous artistic education
through the Corita Art Center.
