We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.

Return policy

Black Sheep Handmade & Pencils will exchange any products that are new and unused. Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered (notebooks and planners must be uncolored, and writing instruments must show minimal use), and in its original packaging; otherwise, the product will be subject to a depreciation charge.

The customer must send the merchandise and a copy of the delivery note to Black Sheep Handmade & Pencils, C/ Maria de las Mercedes de Borbón, 114, 7A, 28055 Madrid (Spain), bearing any associated costs. You can attach the form by clicking here. here , although it is not mandatory.

Besides:

The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Given the nature of some of the products sold, these guarantees will apply whenever the type of product allows it.

In the case of defective products, Black Sheep Handmade & Pencils will proceed with the immediate replacement and will cover all shipping costs as long as the product is in stock; otherwise, the amount of the product will be refunded to the customer, with Black Sheep Handmade & Pencils taking responsibility for any costs that this may generate.

It is recommended that the customer keep the original packaging for possible returns. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, it may be subject to depreciation.

The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned products at our facilities, provided they are in perfect condition. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase within a maximum of 14 days.

If the products do not meet the aforementioned conditions, that is, if they have been used in a way that does not correspond to their normal use, they will be returned to the customer, who will be charged the corresponding shipping costs.
